Accenture PLC in Mexico City is seeking a Test Automation Lead to transform testing into a continuous, end-to-end quality engineering function, emphasizing automation, accuracy, and fast delivery.

You will lead the team, collaborate across units, adopt advanced testing methodologies, analyze metrics, and drive innovation by integrating new tools and technologies. This 100% onsite role is based in Polanco.

Formación

• Expert proficiency in Test Execution and Management.
• Expert proficiency in Automated Testing, Test Automation Strategy, and Test Automation Framework.
• Knowledge in TOSCA, qTest, UFT.

Responsibilities

As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your role will focus on significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity while evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Drive the adoption of advanced testing methodologies to enhance overall product quality and delivery speed.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with business objectives and technical requirements.
Analyze testing metrics and feedback to continuously improve automation frameworks and testing processes.
Support and guide team members in developing their technical skills and understanding of automation best practices.
Champion innovation by exploring and integrating new tools and technologies that advance testing capabilities.
