AgileEngine, LLC. seeks a Senior Analyst to support data-driven decisions for a major OTT streaming business. You will build Snowflake tables, Tableau dashboards, and reports that translate complex data into clear insights for Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.

SQL, Python, and strong analytical judgment are central. You will develop analytics databases, produce monthly financial reports, and create dashboards to inform strategy while supporting revenue management and data quality across the

Formación

• 4+ years of independent project ownership at Senior Analyst level.
• Fluent/business-level English (written and verbal).
• College degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, OR/CS or equivalent.
• Daily proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Excel, and Python.
• Proficient in SQL with CTEs, window functions, and date/time functions.
• Tableau is primary BI tool for dashboards.
• Familiarity with database models and loading large datasets.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and/or machine learning.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for workflow efficiency and data security awareness.
• Strong communication skills to explain data implications.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with accountability.
• Overlap with US Eastern Time hours (10 AM – 4 PM ET).

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytical and reporting database tables to track subscriptions and promotions via large databases.
• Produce and maintain monthly financial reports with variance analysis and explanations.
• Build reports and Tableau dashboards summarizing key metrics for stakeholders.
• Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and promo impact.
• Model discount strategies and analyze subscriber retention and LTV for revenue management.
• Ensure data quality through data collection, QC processes, and anomaly resolution.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from Finance, Marketing, Distribution, Product, etc.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics team to integrate marketing and content data.
