Job summary

Everise seeks a Senior Manager – Quality to lead the end-to-end quality program across assigned processes and client engagements. You will drive quality standards, data-driven improvements, and adherence to HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO 9001.

This remote role partners with Operations, IT, and client teams to ensure top-tier customer experiences. Overview includes managing RCA/CAPA, escalation handling, and stabilization for new programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Quality Management in BPO/CX contact centers.
• 3+ years leading Quality teams; multi-site ops is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quality framework across programs, including monitoring methodologies and scorecards.
• Ensure alignment with client quality standards, SLAs, contractual requirements, and key metrics.
• Analyze quality, operational, and customer feedback data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead RCA, CAPA plans, and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Kaizen.
• Drive automation and AI‑assisted quality monitoring solutions including speech/text analytics.
