IQVIA LLC in a remote, home-based setup seeks a Principal Stat Programmer to oversee statistical programming across clinical projects. You will apply SAS and R, ensure ADaM/SDTM compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize methods and outputs.

The role also involves mentoring junior programmers, driving workflow improvements, and maintaining high-quality standards within the programming department.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years working with efficacy analyses (ADaM datasets & TLFs) and/or 4+ years in ADaM statistical programming on clinical trials.
• Hands-on proficiency in R programming language (mandatory).
• Proficiency in SAS programming language.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Native language is required - LATAM: Spanish or Portuguese.
• Ability to lead/manage others and mentor junior programmers.
• Strong data confidentiality and problem-solving skills.
