Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a seasoned Paid Media Specialist to lead strategy and execution for education-focused clients. You will own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, and streaming media, driving inquiries, applications, enrollments, and student engagement.

You will collaborate with account services, analytics, and creative teams in a fast-paced agency environment, delivering data-driven insights and optimization across multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid media experience with performance-focused campaigns.
• Expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display, YouTube.
• Experience managing high-budget campaigns.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience presenting to clients or leadership.
• Agency experience or fast-paced marketing team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paid Media strategy and execution across channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, and Streaming Media.
• Own campaign performance for assigned accounts, aligning with partner goals such as inquiries, applications, enrollments, and lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations to partners and internal teams.
• Identify and execute ongoing testing opportunities across channels, audiences, and creative approaches to improve results.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure smooth execution and strong campaign performance.
• Stay informed on Paid Media trends and innovations within higher education marketing.
