Bluelight seeks an experienced backend software developer to join a growing team. You will design and implement low-latency API services in AWS, build scalable RESTful APIs, and work with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB, including RLS.

The role requires collaboration with frontend engineers and alignment with US business hours. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of backend experience, strong Node.js/TypeScript skills, and a passion for secure, multi-tenant systems.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, backend-focused.
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience building low-latency AWS-backed RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL/AuroraDB and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Experience with multi-tenant architectures and raw SQL.
• Professional React experience and robust testing practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop high-quality backend services with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and integrate with external services via SDKs.
• Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, consultative environment.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain containerized deployments on AWS.
• Contribute to frontend work when needed and ensure end-to-end quality.
• Overlap US business hours to align with client needs.
