Figureai in Mexico City is seeking an ambitious operations lead to own a meaningful data collection initiative. You will hit volume, quality, and velocity targets, building the systems that scale the operation and partnering across engineering, product, and ops to make it happen.

Responsibilities include acquiring contributors, expanding into new geographies, coordinating with teams to develop hardware, software, and operations, and owning category dashboards to track metrics daily while driving

Formación

• 4+ years in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, growth, or startup operations.
• Comfortable building and deploying apps/agents with AI coding tools (no technical background required).
• Demonstrated ability to own outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working across cultures or in international markets.
• Highly organized with strong project management instincts; able to manage multiple contributors/sites.
• Commitment to 5 days/week in-office collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own data collection operation, hitting volume, quality, and velocity targets.
• Own contributor acquisition, activation, and retention strategy and execution.
• Identify and launch in new geographies, managing localization, partnerships, and community building to establish presence in target regions.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and ops to develop new hardware, software, and operational systems.
• Own your category’s data dashboard — tracking volume, quality, and throughput metrics daily, identifying bottlenecks, and shipping operational fixes fast.
• Source, negotiating, and managing relationships with local partners, agencies, and vendors to accelerate growth.
• Serve as the connective tissue between contributors and internal teams — surfacing hardware/software friction, translating field feedback into actionable product improvements, and advocating for your workstreams' needs.
