Jobgether is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own SEO, AEO, and GEO across three brands from a remote-first Mexico-based role. You will shape strategies, drive tangible pipeline, and collaborate with Growth, Content, Product Marketing, Web, and Engineering to turn insights into revenue.

This high-ownership role requires deep technical SEO, strong analytics, and the ability to operate across multi-brand ecosystems, with focus on AI-enabled search and content optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in driving organic growth for B2B SaaS or similar.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable SEO initiatives.
• Experience across multi-brand or post-acquisition SEO is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the organic pipeline target across three brands with forecasting.
• Develop and execute a portfolio-wide SEO strategy and taxonomy.
• Lead AEO and GEO initiatives and measure visibility in AI search.
• Define site architecture, internal linking, migrations, and redirects.
• Collaborate with Growth, Content, Product Marketing, Engineering and Web.
• Manage presence on review and comparison platforms (G2, Capterra, etc).
• Monitor AI-generated search shifts and adapt strategy accordingly.
• Provide technical SEO guidance to Engineering and Web teams.
