Lumenalta is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to drive scalable data architectures and back-end systems, integrating AI/ML capabilities. This role collaborates with an internal team in the EST time zone and helps drive data-driven solutions for high-growth projects.

You will lead interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and contribute to recruitment strategy. The position is fully remote, requiring advanced English and alignment with US time zones.

Formación

• Senior Data Engineer with a deep understanding of data architecture, AI/ML integration, and backend systems.
• Strong experience designing and deploying scalable, data-driven applications.
• At least 5 years of experience working as an engineer on projects at scale.
• Experience hiring other engineers for your team.
• Experience in a high-growth, dynamic company.
• Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with internal team in the EST time zone.
• Conduct 2nd interviews to test technical depth and suitability for positions available.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the business needs promptly.
• Be a vital part of the recruitment team.
• Be a part of the management team within recruitment to aid with hiring decision-making.
