Salesloft is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - SRE to join our Mexico team. This is a fully remote role based in Mexico, with occasional travel to Guadalajara if needed.

You will design and implement highly available cloud services, build scalable infrastructure with Terraform and Kubernetes, and drive CI/CD automation. Strong collaboration and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience building distributed systems on a public cloud (AWS, GCP).
• Proven DevOps & Cloud experience using Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Certifications: CKA or CKS (preferred).
• Foundation in software application design and system internals.
• Collaborate effectively with other engineers to solve most complex technical problems. Mentoring, peer reviews, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement solutions to improve availability and resiliency of services.
• Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Develop automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery.
• Improve operational maturity with SLIs/SLOs and faster detection and isolation of failures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to solve complex problems and mentor peers.
