Lever, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Quality to help build AI-powered testing tooling. You will design, build, and operate agents for test creation, execution, maintenance, and failure triage within a global, fully remote engineering organization.

This role combines hands-on software engineering with test infrastructure, CI at scale, and emerging LLM technologies, empowering product teams to own quality through reliable tooling and best practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build and operate AI agents across the testing lifecycle.
• Own the infrastructure required to make agent-driven testing dependable.
• Establish reliable methods for evaluating agent output quality.
• Apply AI-driven evaluation practices to testing the platform's non-deterministic capabilities.
• Work closely with product teams to keep testing tools relevant and effective.
• Develop reusable testing patterns, tooling, and enablement practices.
• Drive adoption of quality engineering across teams.
• Contribute to technical decisions and continuous improvement of testing infrastructure.
