EarnIn is seeking an experienced software engineer to join the DevelSoper Experience team. This remote role may be hybrid from the Mexico City office and focuses on AI-native tooling to accelerate engineering delivery, improve CI/CD reliability, and reduce developer toil.

You will work with Python/Go, LLM APIs, and internal tooling to empower engineers, while aligning with observable, scalable patterns and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years building infrastructure or internal tooling for developer teams; fluency in Python or Go.
• Hands-on experience with agentic or LLM-powered systems in production and with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and tradeoffs around context management, latency, cost, and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Design and ship AI-native tools that accelerate engineering velocity and reduce toil.
• Architect multi-step agentic systems with clear inputs, outputs, and human-in-the-loop guardrails.
• Embed AI features into CI/CD and GitHub Actions to improve build reliability and code quality.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to make observable, scalable systems act as force multipliers.
• Define metrics and run experiments to validate impact of AI-assisted tooling.
• Document patterns and best practices for adoption across the org.
