Sequoia Connect, a talent-first technology ecosystem, seeks a seasoned Business Analyst with 5–8 years of experience in Talent systems and SAP SuccessFactors. You will document requirements, design data integrations, and guide end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects for clients worldwide.

This remote role welcomes collaboration with a global team, focusing on data integration, process improvements, and stakeholder alignment to deliver high-quality outcomes for Fortune 500 clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Talent systems.
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors and data integration.
• Strong understanding of Talent processes and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in data integration methods, including mapping, ETL, and API integrations.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements for Talent projects, including SAP SuccessFactors integration.
• Analyze Talent processes, identify improvements, and propose SAP SuccessFactors-based solutions.
• Design and implement data integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
• Create comprehensive business requirement documents, process maps, and use cases.
• Develop test plans and scenarios to validate integrations and functionality.
• Facilitate clear communication between business teams and technical engineers.
• Support change management and user adoption for new systems and processes.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues related to SAP SuccessFactors projects.
