Sequoia Connect is seeking a UX Business Systems Analyst to drive user experience improvements and business process optimization across enterprise systems. You will partner with stakeholders and IT teams to elicit requirements, document processes, and ensure alignment through sign‑offs.

You will lead requirements gathering, user journeys, and process maps, translating insights into actionable specifications while supporting testing and adoption.

Formación

• Experience identifying, leading, and implementing UX and business process improvements in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to drive improvements from concept through implementation across multiple business and technology teams.
• Experience gathering and analyzing user feedback, support trends, metrics, and business requirements to identify opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with business stakeholders, end users, and IT teams to define and document business processes and translate them into detailed functional specs.
• Conduct interviews and workshops to perform business systems analysis and secure sign‑offs for artifacts.
• Coordinate requirements for new and existing applications and document software, installation, and configuration processes.
• Assist in testing, training plan development, user training, production support, and user documentation.
• Participate in QA, identify test cases, and support test plans development.
• Develop business cases, ROI calculations, value definitions, cost assessments, and risk analyses.
• Coordinate project tasks and lifecycle phases for small to mid‑size projects to meet goals.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to prioritize IT service delivery.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis to support defect resolution and scope definition.
