O-I seeks an IT professional to define SAP functional requirements for a designated area, and provide full lifecycle support including documentation and technical support. You will collaborate with business customers, users, and architects to ensure accurate requirements and deliverables.

The role focuses on SAP SD processes, order-to-cash, and system integration with OpenText and eDocument tools. Hybrid work is offered with on-site 3 days per week.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, supporting business enabled processes in commercial and order to cash processes in SAP.
• Experience with end to end full life cycle SAP implementation.
• In-depth expertise with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
• Strong knowledge of sales order processing, delivery, invoicing, pricing, and customer master data.
• Hands-on experience with eDocument Cockpit and tax reporting solutions in SAP.
• EDI experience is considered a plus.
• Familiarity in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery managers to understand detailed requirements.
• Serve as primary IT contact and lead for customer-facing SAP projects.
• Lead the transition of requirements and use cases to designers with clear understanding.
• Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for product and user acceptance testing.
• Participate in quality reviews to ensure designs and documents meet requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and test existing solutions to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with other IT teams for integration and cross-functional needs.
• Design solutions fit for purpose to support commercial and order-to-cash processes.
