Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Sales Engineer for Domestic Building Services in Mexico. You will drive sales growth for home pump products, develop distributor and installer networks, and ensure the right pump solutions for each client.

You will cover Central Mexico, Yucatan, and the Caribbean region from CDMX or Estado de Mexico. A technical engineering background and strong English skills are preferred to support customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant sales or technical sales experience in pumps, HVAC, or building services.
• Intermediate English proficiency — read technical documents, write communications, and participate in training.
• Solid understanding of residential building services and pump applications.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with experience managing distributor or installer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow the existing customer base while developing new distributor/installer relationships across your territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle from quotation to award with accurate costing and proper pump selection.
• Participate in marketing activities and trainings to achieve sales targets.
• Log customer activities and opportunities in the CRM per guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Mexico sales coordinator and other teams on account strategies.
• Prepare and hand over complete documentation to customer service and engineering teams during order processing.
