Iron Mountain is seeking a Creative Learning & Design Specialist to join our Sales Enablement Center of Excellence. You will design visual learning materials, transform complex topics into learner-friendly content, and build engaging training experiences for our global sales teams.

You’ll work with Sana, Seismic, Storyline, Rise, and creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma. A 4+ year track record in instructional design or sales enablement in a multinational setting is

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing instructional materials for sales enablement in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
• Hands-on with Sana, Articulate Storyline, Rise, and design/video tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma).
• Storytelling ability to translate complex information into engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging visual learning materials—e-learning modules, videos, motion graphics, and playbooks—for sales audiences.
• Transform highly detailed, complex information into clear, structured, learner-friendly content.
• Build and publish interactive training experiences using Sana and Seismic, leveraging AI and emerging technologies.
• Conduct needs analyses with key stakeholders and assess the ongoing business impact of deployed training materials.
• Collaborate closely with Enablement Leads, instructional designers, and program managers to ensure all deliverables remain consistent and high-quality.
