Consea Group in Mexico is seeking an Industrial and Financial Controller to lead the plant's controlling activities, coordinate monthly closings and ensure timely reporting to the Group.

The role starts with 6–8 months of HQ training before relocation to Mexico under a local contract; over time it may expand to oversee the Americas region (Mexico, Brazil, USA). This is an excellent path for finance professionals aiming to build an international career with strong ERP and cost-control exposure.

Formación

• Proven experience in plant controlling, preferably within industrial, manufacturing or multinational environments.
• Solid knowledge of industrial controlling, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing processes.
• Experience or strong interest in the design and implementation of industrial controlling processes.
• Supporting the company in the implementation of a new ERP system, with particular focus on Finance, Controlling and Industrial Costing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the industrial controlling activities of the Mexican manufacturing plant.
• Preparing and coordinating monthly financial closings and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the Group.
• Monitoring industrial costs, profitability, production performance and key operational KPIs.
• Analysing actual results versus Budget, Forecast and previous periods, identifying variances and their key drivers.
• Managing and analysing industrial costs by BOM, ensuring accurate monitoring of material costs, conversion costs and product profitability.
