Job summary

Magic is hiring for an Executive Assistant Recruitment role focused on LatAm candidates, starting with Mexico. You will post ads, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to identify top talent for Magic's Executive Assistant Training.

As an independent contractor, you’ll work 40 hours weekly in a fully remote setup based in Mexico, with English and Spanish fluency required and a fast-paced, high-energy environment that rewards productivity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, interviewing, or talent acquisition.
• Fluent Spanish and English, spoken and written.
• Living in Mexico (Mexico-based candidates only).
• Basic Google Workspace know-how (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Available for 40 hours a week, day or night shift.
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor, exclusive to Magic.
• Own WFH setup and equipment; Magic does not provide equipment.

Responsibilities

• Hunt Latin American candidates, Mexico especially, by posting ads across platforms and growing our LatAm pool.
• Screen resumes and identify the best fit beyond surface impressions.
• Interview potential assistants: schedule, conduct, and refine interviewing techniques.
• Coach applicants with constructive feedback and coordinate follow-ups and re-recordings.
• Endorse candidates against weekly targets? and provide timely feedback.
