Job summary

QualityAI is seeking bilingual French/English engineers for an on-site role in Mexico City. You will join a team of QA engineers, developers, pre-sales, and project managers to optimize software for locale-specific languages and deliver the right product locally.

The ideal candidate is an individual contributor with potential project-management responsibilities for a sub-team, and must be fluent in French and English while adapting to a fast-paced AI-first environment.

Qualifications

• Native speaker of French (speak, read & write) and proficient in at least one additional language.
• Strong learning ability and passion for technology and culture.
• Excellent communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Provide native-language expertise for a wide range of topics and help define software needs.
• Serve as expert raters for products and engineers improving the software.
• Analyze data and perform related analyses to improve localization.
• Collaborate with Search Engineers for advanced algorithm development.
• Diagnose and report results and contribute to UI/product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide natural native-language expertise for a wide range of topic areas and help to define software needs
• Serve as expert "raters" for specific products, for engineers working on improving the software
• Analyze data and further related analysis
• Work with Search Engineers for advanced algorithm development
• Diagnose and report results
• UI and Product improvement
• Help adjust the user interfaces to the local languages
• Write configuration documents for explanations

Requirements

• No prior experience is required - we will teach you all - we need you to have the ability to learn and have passion for technology and culture
• Native Speaker (speak, read & write) in French plus any other language
• Out-of-the-box thinking
