AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Python Developer to build an event-driven integration platform with APIs, resilience mechanisms, and AI-facing integrations. You will own the backbone Python service, contract-first interfaces, and the platform's reliability while supporting multiple consumption patterns and GenAI tooling.

You'll work in a hybrid setup with flexible remote and office options, collaborating with distributed teams across the ITSM domain and Fortune 500 clients.

Formación

• At least 4 years of production experience with Python, with typed, tested, packaged services and APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and evolve a Python service handling an event taxonomy, durable replayable log, and ITSM operations.
• Design interfaces using OpenAPI and AsyncAPI.
• Create a resilient platform with deduplicated, exactly-once actions.
• Develop multiple access patterns (fire-and-forget, submit-and-poll, webhook) for varied consumers.
• Own quality end-to-end: reviews, tests, observability, and production support.
• Collaborate with squads and architects to drive architecture decisions.
