Formación

• Fluent English (C1/C2) required for guest negotiations.
• Proven background in short-term rental management or revenue/hospitality sales.
• Experience with channel managers, dynamic pricing tools and major OTAs.
• Willing to travel to Los Angeles for property audits and video creation.

Responsabilidades

• Audit and optimize listings across all platforms to fix configuration errors.
• Coordinate video walkthroughs and guest access guides for smooth check-in.
• Ensure seamless integration between Channel Manager (Guesty) and listing sites/PMS.
• Identify direct booking opportunities on property websites.
• Implement and oversee dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR.
