Syneos Health in Mexico is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for Clinical Solutions. You will set-up, maintain and close study files, manage TMF, and handle regulatory documents across databases, ensuring timely updates and clear communication.

Role requires an Associates Degree in life sciences, knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines, strong MS Office skills, and excellent organization. Travel up to 5% and fluent English are expected; Portuguese or French are valued.

Formación

• Associates Degree in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• High proficiency with MS Office applications and strong written/spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Set-up, maintain and/or close out study files and TMF or regulatory documentation.
• Attend and distribute minutes for sponsor, functional and investigator meetings.
• Maintain timely communication with team members and site staff.
• Provide administrative support to Project Leads and functional leads.
