The position requires a life sciences background, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel. Remote location within Mexico aligns with flexible work arrangements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, project management or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time and work independently.
• High proficiency with MS Office Applications and/or project management software tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to ~5% if necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Drives and supports overall project management activities for clinical trials.
• Ensures adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinates internal resources and third-party vendors for projects.
• Analyzes project performance to drive successful outcomes.
• Maintains study financial reports and contributes to financial health.
• Documents project scope, objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Leads communications between project team members and stakeholders.
• Documents and escalates risks and issues, ensuring follow-through.
• Maintains project management tools and methodologies.
• Supports QA activities and audit preparation.
