Syneos Health is seeking a Project Associate to drive and support clinical trial project management, coordinating tasks, timelines, and budgets across internal and external teams.

The ideal candidate will hold a life sciences degree or related field, be fluent in English, and demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and independent work skills. Some travel (about 5%) may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, project management or related field.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time and work independently.
• High proficiency with MS Office and/or project management tools.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, written and spoken, with an English proficiency.
• Ability to travel if necessary (approximately 5%).
• Effective verbal and writing skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Drives planning and execution of elements of clinical trials with Project Lead.
• Ensures projects adhere to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinates internal resources and third parties for project execution.
• Analyzes project performance to drive success of short/long-term goals.
• Maintains study financial reports and contributes to study financial health.
• Documents scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Leads communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Documents and escalates risks/issues, ensuring timely follow-through.
• Maintains PM tools and methodologies.
• Drives quality assurance and audit readiness.
