Zillow Group Inc. is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to support Studio Z’s PM team. You will manage timelines, communications, and production logistics across a portfolio of creative work, reporting to the Senior Program Manager.

The role emphasizes execution, structure, and care in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. You’ll gain exposure to resourcing planning, operational reporting, and process improvements while collaborating with designers, copywriters and editors to

Formación

• 5+ years of program management, creative operations, or campaign production experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with creative teams (designers, copywriters, editors, etc).
• Collaborative mindset and ability to get the best from teams.
• Eye for efficiency and creating smarter workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Create, maintain and distribute status reports and detailed project schedules.
• Develop project plans and briefing documents with Account outlining deliverables and milestones.
• Attend and lead briefings ensuring clear understanding of deliverables and timing.
• Support weekly resourcing meetings; flag capacity conflicts and risks ahead of sessions.
• Facilitate team communication to meet deadlines; schedule reviews and provide recaps.
• Route creative, copy docs, presentations and files to reviewers for revisions and approval.
• Schedule debriefs with Account/Strategy/Creative to discuss feedback and next steps.
• Maintain operational systems (JIRA, forecasting sheets, DAM) accurately.
• Keep project data up-to-date for team-level reporting and adopt AI tools to improve workflows.
