Confidential Jobs is seeking a Creative Project Management Analyst to drive regional creative operations from brief to final delivery. You’ll connect briefs, timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with Marketing, Brand, Social, Production, and external partners.

In this role you’ll build plans, align stakeholders, manage schedules and capacity, and ensure quality across campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in digital creative, advertising, marketing, production, or related field.
• 2+ years in creative project management coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of managing campaigns and production workflows from brief to final delivery.
• Strong proficiency with project management platforms and workflows (e.g., Monday.com, CMPs, spreadsheets).
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, resources, vendors, quotations, and invoices.
