Job summary

Somewhere is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to support our production team remotely. You will manage administrative workflows, maintain production docs, and streamline processes across 30+ video and audio projects for entertainment brands and Fortune 500 clients.

You will collaborate with Directors of Production, Production Managers, Senior Editors, and the Chief Content Officer, owning setup templates, project folders, and intake for tools, access, and licensing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in production, coordination, or operations support in media or entertainment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience managing schedules, communications, documentation, and admin workflows.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools (Airtable, Monday.com, Asana or similar).
• Experience organizing shared cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of independent work in a fast-paced environment.
• Located within U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Production Department and Managers across active projects.
• Serve as central intake for recurring Production requests; route and track through a standard process.
• Facilitate internal and client meetings, capture notes, track actions, and draft follow-ups.
• Maintain production systems, documentation, and project folders; manage archival tasks.
• Coordinate scheduling for guest, client, and recurring meetings; book studios and kits as needed.
• Support publishing workflows and QA to ensure assets and metadata are delivered on schedule.
• Audit tools and platforms for usage accuracy and efficiency; implement process improvements.
