Sezzle is seeking a Product Marketing Associate, Banking & Lending to bring go-to-market plans to life across Sezzle’s financial products, both live and upcoming. The Head of Product Marketing owns strategy and go-to-market for these products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, Consumer Research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with funnel data, behavioral data, and survey results, and using AI to evaluate them.
• Highly organized and execution-minded, with a track record of getting work shipped on time across multiple stakeholders.
• Clear, concise written communicator in English, able to turn complex results into a sharp readout.
• Curious about AI tools and eager to use them to work smarter. Bonus if you’re already using them regularly.

Responsibilities

• Testing & Optimization: Turn insights into experiments and run tests across product journeys.
• Research & Insights: Run user research end to end, analyze data, and report findings.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Turn launch plans into clear timelines and campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Documentation: Coordinate with product, design, compliance, and data teams; keep docs up to date.
