Miratech is seeking a Solution Architect to design scalable, secure software solutions for enterprise clients, with a strong emphasis on modern software engineering, cloud-native architecture, and CX enablement. You will collaborate with sales and delivery teams to shape technical proposals across a range of solution areas, including managed services and team extension engagements.

Formación

• University degree in mathematics, computer science, software development, or information technology preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, professional services, technical consulting, or solution architecture roles.
• Proficiency with modern architecture patterns, such as microservices, event-driven systems, API-first design, and containerization.
• Exposure to CX technologies or enterprise customer engagement platforms (Genesys, NICE, or similar) is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Identify value propositions for enterprise clients and develop solution proposals and statements of work.
• Prepare effort and cost estimations for custom engineering, CX solutions, and integrations.
• Develop high-level designs, technical blueprints, and service design for CX and non-CX domains.
• Support sales engineering and provide information for deliberations and action options.
• Assist marketing and delivery with knowledge transfer and technical requests.
