MongoDB is seeking a passionate Pre-Sales Solution Architect to guide customers in designing and deploying scalable data solutions using our platform. Based in Mexico City for a hybrid work model, you will review complex architectures, articulate business value, and work with sales to drive deals.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of related experience (2+ in customer-facing roles), strong scripting and programming skills, cloud/on-prem expertise, and excellent communication.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years of related industry experience, including 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with modern scripting languages (e.g. Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Java, C#) in a professional capacity.
• Experience implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-prem.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Design and architect scalable applications, systems and infrastructure for large software projects leveraging MongoDB.
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimisation strategies for MongoDB, clearly communicating its business value.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive account success through planning, qualification and pipeline strategy, including technical discovery, demos and documentation.
• Proactively generate demand within the sales territory through technical initiatives and events.
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction; mentor other Solutions Consulting team members.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with MongoDB product suite and industry trends.
