Empresa Confidencial is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to act as a SME, driving the evolution of our application landscape and aligning technology with our global IT strategy.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape end-to-end technology solutions across multiple platforms, mentor talent, and ensure governance and best practices across projects in an international context.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Solution/Software Architecture roles, ideally internationally.
• Strong AWS cloud expertise and hands-on cloud focus.
• Solid knowledge of web/mobile app architecture, CRM, CMS.
• Experience with Enterprise/Solution Architecture and project lifecycles.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal skills; able to lead teams in a matrix structure.

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to act as a Subject Matter Expert, driving the evolution of our application landscape and aligning technology with our global IT Strategy.

The Role

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, shape end-to-end technology solutions across multiple platforms, and mentor the next generation of tech talent.

Responsibilities

• Solution Leadership: Shape, design, and deliver cost-effective and innovative technology solutions across diverse platforms.
• Technical Authority: Act as the domain SME, advocating for architecture best practices and aligning business requirements with optimal technology.
• System Evolution & Roadmaps: Maintain performance expectations for global/market systems and contribute to application roadmaps to mitigate end-of-life risks.
• Governance & Assurance: Ensure all IT changes align with overall strategy, standards, and governance, while actively reviewing and supporting peer designs.
• Business Engagement: Collaborate on business development initiatives to maintain a holistic view of the change portfolio and identify cutting‑edge solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Required Skills

• Experience: 5+ years in Solution/Software Architecture roles, ideally within an international context.
• Cloud Expertise: Strong hands‑on focus on Cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
• Domain Knowledge: Solid foundation in Web & Mobile application architecture, CRM, Contact Center technologies, and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Architecture & Delivery: Deep understanding of Enterprise/Solution Architecture, full project lifecycles, and Change/Project Management methodologies.
• Leadership & Communication: Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal skills. Proven ability to lead teams in a matrix structure and mentor peers.

Skills

• Technology & Software Architecture SME (Design patterns & best practices).
• Hands‑on experience with Cloud transformation (AWS).
• Excellent facilitator, communicator, and stakeholder manager.
