Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget calls, reporting, and the 90-day roadmaps, with a focus on ROAS, with clear English on live calls.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Mansioni

• Own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
