Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, budget calls, and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, including budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and measurement. You will guide 90-day roadmaps and drive long-term account growth.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta ad platforms.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS/CPA.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Mansioni

• Oversee paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set and defend the 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps.
• Provide trusted conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
