Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll define targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, tracking, and attribution, and craft 90-day roadmaps with a focus on account growth and long-term partnerships.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics with examples.
• Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Mansioni

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
