Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Spanish (Spain) to English Pharmacovigilance Linguist based in Mexico. This freelance role involves translating and reviewing high-volume safety documentation from Spanish into English, performing MT post-editing and copy-editing in a regulated life sciences environment.

You will handle adverse event reports, PSURs, SUSARs, and other pharmacovigilance materials, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance under strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years translating medical/regulatory content.
• Strong pharmacovigilance terminology knowledge is preferred.
• Native-level or proficient English and fluent Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Translate pharmacovigilance and clinical-regulatory content from Spanish (Spain) into English (GB/US).
• Perform MT post-editing on safety content to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct copy-editing to ensure clarity, consistency and regulatory suitability.
