ContactLink Solutions LLC in Mexico is seeking skilled Spanish–English interpreters for a fully remote, contractor role. You will join an international team to facilitate real-time interpretation between Spanish and English speakers, maintaining accuracy in a quiet, secure home office.

The responsibilities include answering calls professionally, using interpretation protocols, staying current with healthcare terminology, and participating in internal training.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 1 year of interpretation experience.
• Excellent listening, retention and note-taking abilities.
• Render concepts accurately without omissions or additions.
• Explain cultural concepts when needed to avoid miscommunication.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally according to interpreter code of conduct.
• Familiarize with healthcare and medical terminology.
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to team leader.
