Job summary

Welocalize is seeking a Junior Quality Coordinator candidate who is fluent in Spanish (Mexico) and proficient in English. The role is remote from Mexico and part-time, 20 hours per week, with an independent contract arrangement.

You will coordinate on a Search Quality rating project, handling tasks in Spanish (MX) and English (US), and supporting quality analysis, training, and knowledge management under guidance from Quality Coordinators.

Qualifications

• Must be located in Mexico.
• Fully proficient in Spanish (Mexico).
• Strong understanding of English.
• Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the client.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quality performance data and produce reports with guidance from Quality Coordinators.
• Complete internal assessments and provide feedback on tests and queries.
• Support raters and educate them on best practices and client expectations.
• Participate in creating/reviewing training materials, newsletters, webinars and similar content.
• Track data and analyze trends for project insights and asset management.
• Attend meetings with stakeholders and monitor raters’ queries.
