Blacksmith Agency in a fully remote setup seeks a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer strategy, budgets, testing, and storytelling during client calls.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, CPA and pipeline, collaborate with multiple clients, and maintain clear English communication with US-based clients on live calls.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements
• Agency experience across multiple clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Mansioni

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing
• Implement conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships
