Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You set the strategy, drive ROAS improvements, and lead client calls.

You will run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets and testing, track conversions with GA4 and GTM, and build 90-day roadmaps that tell the story behind the numbers. Clear English on live calls with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements
• Agency experience with multiple clients
• Fluent English with US clients on live calls

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing
• Track conversions with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell
