Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients in a remote setup. You will steer targeting, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget calls, and develop the 90-day roadmaps with clear ROAS and attribution stories for client calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client and narrate the numbers on calls.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
