Skyline Payments is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and scale a remote SDR team across LATAM. You will coach, design playbooks, review calls, and drive pipeline and outbound revenue.

You'll focus on training, multi-threading, and objection handling, reporting on metrics, and collaborating with leadership to meet ambitious growth goals. This role offers remote work and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience managing outbound SDR teams.
• Experience training SDR teams in cold calling, lead generation, and multi-threading.
• Proven success building and leading outbound sales teams.
• Strong sales management and coaching skills for engaging decision-makers.
• Experience launching and training first-time sales teams.
• Fintech or payments industry experience a plus; SMB experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing outbound sales team with coaching and skill development.
• Develop and refine sales playbooks, talk tracks, and training modules for cold calling and lead gen.
• Oversee daily sales operations, set team goals, and monitor performance metrics.
• Conduct regular call reviews to improve techniques and identify coaching opportunities.
• Collaborate with SDRs to achieve and exceed sales goals and drive outbound revenue.
• Drive data-driven outcomes through improved cold call conversion and pipeline growth.
