As a hands-on leader, you will set team goals, monitor metrics, and collaborate with SDRs to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing outbound SDR teams and coaching/mentoring.
• Proven success training SDRs in cold calling and lead gen.
• Experience building outbound sales programs and pipelines.
• Strong coaching skills for engaging decision-makers.
• Background launching and training first-time sales teams.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to improve metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing outbound sales team with training and coaching.
