Job summary

KittySpout / DoggySpout is seeking a Social Media Manager to own organic social for both brands end to end across every channel. You will plan it, create it, publish it every day and adjust based on what the numbers tell you.

You will report to the Influencers & Partnerships Manager and collaborate with a designer for bigger creative pieces, but your thinking and content will lead the strategy. We are looking for someone with 2+ years of hands-on organic social experience for a DTC or consumer

Qualifications

• 2+ years running organic social for a DTC or consumer brand.
• Experience creating and publishing the content yourself, not just managing an agency.
• Ability to show accounts you grew and numbers moved.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic content strategy for KittySpout and DoggySpout across all social media channels.
• Plan the content calendar one week ahead per brand and platform.
• Create and publish daily: hooks, captions, short-form video, and graphics.
• Spot trends and get trend content live the same day.
• Read the data weekly and act on it to double down on what works.
