Qualifications

• 2+ years running organic social for a DTC or consumer brand.
• Native-level written English.
• Ability to run two brands across every social channel and tailor content.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic content strategy for both brands across all channels.
• Plan the content calendar one week ahead per brand and platform.
• Create and publish daily: write hooks and captions, shoot and edit short-form video, design day-to-day graphics.
• Spot trends daily and publish the content the same day.
• Manage the community: respond to comments and DMs within 24 hours.
• Read data weekly and adjust strategy accordingly.
