KittySpout / DoggySpout is seeking a Social Media Manager to own organic content end-to-end for two brands. You will plan, create, publish daily posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more, and optimize performance using data.

The role requires hands-on content creation, video editing, and a strong eye for design, with a focus on building an engaged community. You will report to the Influencers & Partnerships Manager and work with a designer for bigger creatives.

Qualifications

• Must have native-level written English and experience running organic social for a DTC or consumer brand.
• Strong content creation, design, and short-form video skills.
• Able to publish and manage posts across multiple channels with data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social for KittySpout and DoggySpout across all channels.
• Plan, create, publish daily content and optimize based on analytics.
• Manage community engagement, respond to comments and DMs within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with Influencers & Partnerships Manager and designer for bigger pieces.
• Build and execute content calendar, spot trends, and report weekly.
