Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Social Media Manager to own organic social for KittySpout and DoggySpout across all channels. You’ll plan, create, publish daily, and use data to grow an engaged community.

You’ll work remotely with two brands, must have 2+ years hands-on organic social for a DTC/consumer brand, including posting content yourself and showing growth numbers. Canva/Figma design skills and a data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on organic social for a DTC/consumer brand, creating and publishing content.
• Ability to plan the calendar, write hooks/captions, and post daily.
• Ability to grow accounts and show measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own the organic content strategy for KittySpout and DoggySpout across all channels.
• Plan content calendar weekly per brand and platform; publish daily.
• Create and publish content, including short-form video and graphics, per brand guidelines.
• Manage community: respond to comments/DMs within 24 hours; maintain active groups.
• Post regular performance reports and adjust strategy based on data.
