KittySpout / DoggySpout is looking for a Social Media Manager to own organic social end to end across all channels. You will decide what each account is for, plan, create, publish daily and adjust based on performance. This role aims to transform socials into a highly engaged community.

Reporting to our Influencers & Partnerships Manager, you’ll work with a designer for bigger pieces and be strong on graphics and short-form video. Fully remote, 2+ years experience required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running organic social for a DTC or consumer brand.
• Created and published content personally with measurable growth.
• Proven ability to grow engaged, active communities across social channels.

Responsibilities

• Own organic content strategy for KittySpout and DoggySpout across all channels.
• Plan content calendar weekly per brand and platform.
• Create and publish daily content including hooks, captions, videos, and graphics.
• Analyze data weekly and adapt strategy to boost growth.
• Manage community including comments, DMs, and Facebook group.
