Radian Generation seeks an organized Project Manager to support procurement, project coordination, documentation, and operational systems for a distributed technical team. The role moves high-volume work forward by tracking purchases, coordinating remote-site activities, and maintaining accurate records for OT Engineering projects.

The successful candidate will research unfamiliar problems, communicate clearly, and implement practical process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, PM, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, or 2+ years in related work.
• Experience supporting distributed teams, remote installations, technical projects, or multi-site operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and comfort learning project management, ticketing, asset management, and database tools.
• Experience with Trello, Zendesk, or similar workflow platforms preferred.
• CAPM, PMP, or procurement/operations certs preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain productive relationships with vendors and sales representatives.
• Obtain accurate quotes in a timely manner and expedite procurement when schedules require it.
• Manage purchase, tracking, delivery, and coordination of hardware and software for remote locations.
• Coordinate with owners, site technicians, vendors, and internal engineers to support installation and project delivery.
• Manage software and hardware license renewals and maintain renewal records.
• Assist with project planning, documentation, schedules, status tracking, and meeting coordination.
• Maintain systems, trackers, and tools with a focus on data quality and follow-through.
• Create, deploy, and update standard operating procedures and other ops docs.
• Identify process gaps, research solutions, and implement improvements with PM help.
• Conduct independent research and gather data to support purchasing, technical, operational, and project decisions.
