Job summary

Placements24 seeks a visionary Gerente de Transformación Digital y Procesos to lead the company’s digital transformation efforts. This fully remote role allows top talent to contribute from anywhere in Mexico, including Toluca.

You will define and execute the transformation strategy, optimize processes through technology, and drive innovation and customer experience improvements. You will manage complex projects, collaborate with IT and business units, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in digital transformation, process improvement, or IT management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record leading digital transformation projects in large organizations.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies, agile methodologies, and change management.
• Experience in financial services is highly desirable.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience managing remote teams and distributed workforces.
• Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, ML, Cloud, and other technologies to enhance processes and customer experience.
• Lead redesign and optimization of key business processes for efficiency.
• Manage digital transformation projects from ideation to implementation within budget and schedule.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and external partners to drive digital initiatives.
• Oversee selection and implementation of digital tools and platforms.
• Define and track KPIs for transformation and process improvement efforts.
• Manage change management initiatives for successful adoption of new processes and tech.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and best practices in financial services.
